I decked out a pair of jeans with leather fringe and bead fringe, and some other stuff. Problem is, thhe dry cleaners won’t clean it. They say the beads will melt and the leather will become brittle and crack. I’m afraid to put them in the washing machine because of the leather, too. So, what can I do to clean them?

I bought the leather fringe at Joanns, so it could be faux. Does anyone know how to tell?

I heard people use the hot dryer in their washing machine, and it shrinks the jeans.
HOW do you do that?
