A man with a large semiautomatic handgun robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch in downtown Toledo early Monday of an undetermined amount of cash, authorities said. The man entered the bank at 550 North Summit St. near Jackson Street about 10:30 a.m. and demanded cash of a bank employee. After the cashier complied, the man fled with the money. The man was wearing blue jeans and white sneakers.
