At one point, new dress code banned fashion trend as well as hoodies. Parents and school board members have met somewhere in the middle on what students can wear in the Catasauqua Area School District. Skinny jeans and hooded “hoodie” sweat shirts are a go, but skirts must still reach at least the knee and tops can’t expose any cleavage.
