CLEARWATER, Fla. — While everyone else suited up in their red jerseys and pinstriped pants, Geoff Jenkins spent yesterday afternoon in street in jeans and a t-shirt.

Horse lovers decked out in boots, jeans and the occasional cowboy hat are gathering this weekend at the Pennington County Event Center in Rapid City for the seventh annual Black Hills Horse Expo, an event to raise support for the Northern Hills Area Court Appointed Special Advocate program.
