TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly), Chapter 454, celebrated member Leoma Tate’s 90th birthday at a recent meeting. She gave due credit to TOPS for her longevity and described her TOPS journey. She decided to lose weight when she could not get into her favorite Razorback jeans.
