Two Wilmington men were arrested over the weekend after trying to rob a New York man who had agreed to sell them a pair of counterfeit designer jeans, according to Delaware State Police.

At the end of last fall, I bought several pairs of jeans in a size smaller than I usually wear because I was a size smaller than I usually am. Then winter arrived and I put on my Midwestern insulative layer of fat, but failed to go into hibernation.

Commission accepts Jeans’ resignation
Walworth County Sheriff Duane Mohr requested an executive session with the commissioners to discuss personnel matter at 10:40 a.m. At 10:52 the session reconvened and Mohr asked that the commission accept the resignation without giving a public reason why Jeans had left the job.
