CHANDLER — Chandler police are asking the public to help them find a young woman who has the mental capacity of a 13-year-old. Mary-Jane Witowski, 21, was last seen Saturday morning near Dobson Road and Chandler Boulevard. Officers say she suffers from a genetic disorder called Turner Syndrome. NORFOLK — Police released surveillance images of a man who robbed a Norfolk credit union. The Chartway Federal Credit Union on Tidewater Drive was robbed at noon Friday.
