		<description>I suggest overdoing the softener. Use a detergent with fabric softener, then use actual fabric softener, and then dry with a fabric softener sheet. Make sure the jeans are fully dry before removing from the dryer.

Denim is really not made to be soft. It is a twill material and twill is strong and not soft against the skin. So trying to make it soft is going against what it is naturally supposed to feel like. Usually, when you have &quot;soft&quot; denim, it has been processes and finished to create that specific feel.</description>
