Probably won't help because it's dried blood, but you could give it a go!
MILK! It really works! I've only tried it on fresh blood stains but you just pour a little bit on and dab it off with a cloth or some paper towel.

Do you need first-aid or did the emergency room take care of the injuries? Cold water soak for an hour then use Shout, pre wash stick on area let set for another hour, wash in cold water.

dampen the spot and sprinkle meat tenderizer on it and rub in, let it sit for about 10 minutes and wash it. The tenderizer breaks down the protein in the blood allowing the stain to come out.

If you soak them in salt water, dissolve the salt cover with cold water make sure the stain is covered, if it is a bad stain best to leave over night might need doing twice.don't forget to wash well to remove the salt.
hope this helps

Soak them in cold water........then rub Dawn detergent on them . I use the dark blue. If you don't have dawn just use regular laundry soap. Also, since you don't know if the blood stains will come out or not. I have even a tad of bleach to the water........wa la no stains.Good luck
