THIS summer is all about boho chic. Last summer, it was preppy sailor simplicity. In the late 1990s, it was the grunge look. Yellow is the new black. Jeans are the new business casual. And on and on! Yes, I am writing of fashion trends.

CHARLOTTE, N.C.— Gaston County police are investigating human remains found near Dallas Tuesday. A state utility crew discovered the remains around 4 p.m. in a wooded area just off of Old Spencer Mountain Road, officers say. According to investigators, the deceased appears to be a male.
